Needs Based Scholarship Program

Recognizing that talent and dedication should not be limited by financial constraints, Southern California Ballet's needs-based scholarship is designed to provide aspiring dancers the opportunity to pursue their passion for ballet, through our Academy Program, when financial barriers might otherwise restrict their access to quality dance training.

The program aims to foster accessibility within the art of dance, both for current SCB students finding themselves in sudden financial difficulty or potential students’ who might dream of ballet training but would not consider it a possibility because of financial difficulty.

SCB’s scholarships are awarded based on individual financial circumstances, ensuring that students who demonstrate the mentality and commitment to benefit from ballet can participate in rigorous training, masterclasses, and performances. By investing in the next generation, Southern California Ballet not only nurtures artistic talent but also promotes a sense of community, empowering students to express themselves, build confidence, and pursue their dreams on and off the stage.
